Welcome to the New Jersey Mid-Air Collision Avoidance Program page. Here, you can download the entire MACA program pamphlet, or you may view the document on-line.*
The MACA pamphlet is large (over 5 meg), and you will need Adobe Reader to read it. Also, it is currently in pamphlet format Reading it online might be a bit confusing - it's best to download it and print it out (so you can take it with you in your airplane!) then fold and staple it.
